Dr. Joseph Bankole Thompson who is the Chief Medical Innovator is a global strategist and entrepreneur, actively involved in various human development, health, and wellbeing projects. He holds advanced degrees in medicine and science from the world-renowned University of Michigan. He has worked in basic science teaching, basic science research in molecular pharmacology, graduate medical education, private medical practice, and acute care medicine.

Dr. Thompson, MD, PhD spent a large part of his career so far teaching physicians in post-graduate training programs, medical students, and allied health students/trainees including in obstetric and pharmacy disciplines in complex multi-disciplinary settings.

Dr. Thompson resides in the State of Michigan, USA with his wife and family where he further engages in a wide variety of volunteer activities including serving on the Commission of Ministries of the Episcopal Diocese of Michigan while actively practicing Acute Care Medicine. He is a Managing Partner at FHA.

John Abu Davies who is the Chief Executive Officer holds a Master of Science Degree in Economics from Europe. His work experience includes serving as a Development Finance Officer with a subsidiary of the African Development Bank in Sierra Leone, West Africa, where he actively helped businesses secure small business loans. He appraised and developed methodologies and financial models to analyze acquisitions worth thousands of dollars. In addition, organized long-range financial and business plans for Bank clients. Since imigrating to the U.S in 1985, he has worked as a Community Development Loan Officer for the Valley Community Development Bank Corp, Western Massachusetts. More recently held various positions in the IT industry. These include IT Systems and Data Analyst, Project/Product Manager and IT Federal Contractor for U.S. Department of the Treasury, Social Security Administration in the DMV Metro area, T. Rowe Price Investment Management Company, and the University of Maryland at College Park MD.

He holds a Master of Science Degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems for Business, from John Hopkins University in MD. Mr. Davies resides in MD with his wife. He is a Managing Partner at FHA.

Ansumana Bangura is a successful and prominent Sierra Leonean- American businessman and entrepreneur. Mr. Bangura is the founder and CEO of Globalink Sierra Leone in West Africa that was responsible for taking fiber optics to Sierra Leone through the ACE (Africa Coast to Europe) consortium. Mr. Bangura has an undergraduate degree in Management, with a concentration in Accounting from Kent State University, Ohio, and an M.B.A in Finance from Atlanta University. After graduating from graduate school, he worked in corporate America with METLIFE, and soon after, started Eneni’s Garden, a unique floral retail, wholesale, and internet business that is still thriving.

After over 15 years in the floral retail and internet business, Mr. Bangura started another successful company Alpha Home Medical in Atlanta, Georgia that provided home health products to residents in the Southeastern United States of America. Alpha Home Medical was sold in 2015. Over the past year, Mr. Bangura has been working with his partners in FHA to produce a robust product that will help change the face of healthcare, as an industry. Mr. Bangura, who lives in Atlanta GA with his family, is the Chief Business and Marketing Officer at FHA. He is also Managing Partner at FHA.
